We find that our customers love the shabby,slightly imperfect or gently worn elements that working with vintage items provide, it gives the finished piece a sense of quality and uniqueness as well as the satisfaction of giving new life to an old piece.
We strive to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and provide MANY PHOTOS so please read the description carefully, if you have any questions please ask before purchase.
I have been on the web for several years now and before that had a quaint shabby style shop in a beautiful coastal town on the Jersey shore as a result I have had thousands of satisfied customers, so you can be confident that you will be happy shopping here!
Layaways
Layaway deposits are NON~REFUNDABLE, and will be forfeited if payments are not made by due date unless prior arrangements are made.
We are flexible, but generally require from 1/3 to 1/2 down payment, Payments made at least every 2 weeks with the balance to be paid within 4~6 weeks
Custom orders can take as little as one week or as much as 8 depending on the order and details involved.
Please keep in mind that many of our projects are very detailed with loads of hand work that can take many hours over days to complete so they are worth the wait.
We require half down of total cost and balance due within 2 weeks of projects completion.
Some custom orders may vary in price since vintage elements are used and the cost of these items vary depending on what is used, so please dont assume that the cost will be the exact same price as the one previously sold.
We strive to keep our quality of work high and prices reasonable we will always be fair in dealing with any order.
NO CANCELLATIONS due to buyer's remorse or any other reason, all sales final.
Most of our items are Vintage made with vintage elements or Custom Made so all sales are FINAL, and we do not accept returns.
Shipping:
WE SHIP MANY ITEMS WORLDWIDE ~Shipping Rates are for Continental US ONLY.
Please ask for international shipping charges.
We WILL try and combine shipping when possible and will issue you a refund on excess charges when we do.
We keep track of every item sold, and all items are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation, and will be shipped as quickly and safely as possible~please allow us sufficient time.
Domestic items are shipped either US Priority Mail insured, or UPS insured depending on the size and weight of the item. In the event of an overcharge of any significant amount on shipping due to combining items, we will happily issue a refund.
